Please join us as Kilroy's on Kirkwood seeks to renew their alcohol permit. The Alcoholic Beverage Board of Monroe County will meet Wednesday, May 1, from 9am to noon in City Council Chambers at City Hall. The public will have an opportunity to speak.

Three issues that are considered when the board determines whether to renew the permit or not are:

1. The applicant must be of good moral character;
2. The permit premises must not be a public nuisance; and
3. Criminal offenses must not have taken place at the premises.
